What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members are the first 100 property managers to join the Kelpic waitlist. As a Founding Member, you will receive exclusive beta pricing of $1.50 per unit/month — a rate that is locked in for your first 12 months, even as standard pricing increases after launch.
When will Kelpic launch?
Kelpic is planned to launch in June 2026. Founding Members will be among the first invited to set up their accounts and start using the platform before the general launch.
How does the $1.50/unit pricing work?
Instead of paying standard tier pricing (starting at $50/mo for Sprout, $183/mo for Thicket, or $375/mo for Forest), Founding Members will pay a flat $1.50 per unit per month regardless of which plan they choose. For example, managing 50 units on the Thicket plan would cost $75/month instead of $183+.
How does the referral program work?
For every property manager you refer who joins the Kelpic waitlist, you will earn one free month of service. Referrals are unlimited and stackable, and they combine with your Founding Member pricing. Learn more about the referral program.
Is there any commitment or payment required to join?
No. Joining the waitlist is completely free with no commitment. You will not be charged until Kelpic launches and you choose to activate your account. You can leave the waitlist at any time.
