Our pricing is based on the number of units you manage, billed at a flat monthly rate that scales with your portfolio. Use our price calculator to see your exact cost.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any adjustments to your billing.
Can I earn free months through referrals?

Is there a setup fee?
Self-guided setup is completely free! We also offer professional setup services including training, customized configuration, setup assistance, and historical data import for an additional fee. We'll provide a detailed quote after discussing your specific needs in a consultation meeting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
