What is the Founding Member program?
The first 100 property managers to join the Kelpic waitlist will receive Founding Member status. This gives you exclusive beta pricing of $1.50 per unit per month — locked in for your first 12 months after launch, regardless of which plan you choose. How does the per-unit pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of units you manage. Each plan has a base price, plus a per-unit fee that scales with your portfolio. We also offer volume discounts of up to 24% for larger portfolios. Use our price calculator to see the exact cost for your portfolio size and package.
Is there any payment or commitment required to join?
No. Joining the waitlist is completely free with no commitment. You will not be charged anything until Kelpic launches and you choose to activate your account. You can leave the waitlist at any time.
What happens after the 12-month Founding Member rate expires?
After your 12-month Founding Member period, your account will transition to standard plan pricing based on the tier you selected (Sprout, Thicket, or Forest). You will be notified well in advance, and you can adjust your plan at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! Once launched, you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any adjustments to your billing.
Can I earn free months through referrals?
Yes. For every property manager you refer who joins the Kelpic waitlist, you will earn one free month of service. Referrals are unlimited and stackable, and they combine with Founding Member pricing. Learn about the referral program.
Is there a setup fee?
Self-guided setup will be completely free! We will also offer professional setup services including training, customized configuration, setup assistance, and historical data import for an additional fee. We'll provide a detailed quote after discussing your specific needs in a consultation meeting.
What payment methods do you accept?
At launch, we will accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers for annual plans. All payments will be processed securely through Stripe.
