I have years of data in my current system. How painful is migration?
We won't sugarcoat it -- migration takes effort. But we're designing Kelpic to import data from the platforms property managers actually use. We'll work with you directly to map your existing data, handle the import, and verify everything transferred correctly before you go live. You won't be doing this alone.
What's the real cost? Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Kelpic pricing will be per-unit, starting at $3.50/unit/month. That includes all features, unlimited users, and unlimited properties on your account. We don't charge extra for support, integrations, or "premium" features that should be standard. Our pricing page lays everything out.
What happens after my 12-month founding member rate ends?
After your 12-month price lock, your account moves to our standard per-unit pricing. We'll give you plenty of notice before that happens -- no surprises. Founding members who help shape the product early will always be treated well. We value the people who believed in us before launch.
Can I try Kelpic before I commit?
Absolutely. As we approach our June 2026 launch, select waitlist members will be invited to test the platform with their real data. That's the whole point of our early access program -- we want you to see how Kelpic works with your actual portfolio before you make any commitment. Sign up for early access to get on the list.
Will Kelpic integrate with the tools I already use?
We're building integrations with the accounting, payment processing, and screening tools that property managers rely on. If there's a specific integration that's a dealbreaker for you, tell us about it. Founding members have direct input on what we prioritize. That's one of the biggest advantages of getting in early.
